Where the Discounts Actually Live
Three places, and none of them is a coupon site. The Deals tab in the McDonald's app, the rewards points you already earn on every order, and the McValue range, which is a permanent part of the menu rather than a promotion.
A local franchise mailer is the one paper coupon that still exists. It is genuine, but it applies to the restaurants that sent it, which is why no national page can list it.

Codes promising money off your first order are delivery platform codes, usually for Uber Eats, DoorDash or Grubhub. One kind of paper McDonald's restaurant coupon still exists, and it never appears on coupon sites: the local franchise mailer.
Franchise owners can print and distribute their own discount coupons for their own restaurants, and in some regions they still do, through mailbox flyers, local papers and receipt offers. These are real and worth using. They are also strictly local, which is exactly why no website can list them: a coupon printed for six restaurants in one county does not exist anywhere else. Delivery menus are priced above the counter before any fee is added. No app deal closes that gap, so pickup beats a discounted delivery order most of the time.
